摘 要:基于铜陵长江公路大桥增设防船撞设施工程,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟船舶—桥墩、船舶—防船撞设施的碰撞过程,通过改变防船撞设施钢外壳及纵横加强筋的壁厚,分析不同规格防船撞设施的效能,亦即船舶撞击力消减比与吸能比。结果表明:对于本体抗撞能力满足要求的桥墩,选用防船撞设施外壳壁厚略小于设防船舶外壳壁厚,吸能效果较好,能有效减小船舶损伤。Based on the project of additional anti collision facilities for Tongling Yangtze River highway bridge, the collision processes of ship-pier and ship-anti collision facilities were simulated with the finite element softw are of ANSYS/LS-DYNA. By changing the wall thickness of steel shell and longitudinal and transverse stiffeners of anti collision facility, the effectiveness of anti collision facilities with different specifications was analyzed, that was, the impact force reduction ratio and energy absorption ratio of ships. The results show that for the piers whose anti collision ability meets the requirements, when the thickness of shell wall of the anti collision facility is slightly smaller than that of the fortified ship, the energy absorption effect is better, the damage of the ship can be effectively reduced.
