混合性肝癌应用多层螺旋CT和MRI的临床诊断价值效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究混合性肝癌应用多层螺旋CT和MRI的临床诊断价值效果。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年2月我院收治的50例混合型肝癌患者作为实验研究对象,所有患者经过手术病理切片得到确定,所有患者都进行两次扫描,分别是CT和MRI,比较两组患者的诊断准确率,同时以手术病理诊断作为标准。结果:应用MRI检查诊断混合型肝癌,准确率为86%,与手术病理诊断差异不大,但是与CT之间的诊断率(70%)存在一定的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :混合性肝癌应用多层螺旋CT的诊断效果,不如MRI诊断效果,但是由于MRI操作成本较高,推广力度有限,而CT相对比较普遍,为了更好地诊断应该从实际出发,注重多种诊断方式相结合,便于正确把握患者病症,从而采取正确的治疗方式,有效地提升患者的治疗效果和护理质量。ObJective： To study the value effect of the clinical diagnosis of mixed liver cancer by multi-slice spiral CT and MRI. Methods： Fifty cases of mixed HCC patients treated in our hospital from October 2016 to February Z018 were selected as experimental subjects. All patients were identified by surgical pathology. All patients underwent two scans, CT and MRI. The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups of patients was compared and surgical pathological diagnosis was used as the standard. Results： The diagnosis accuracy percentage of mixed HCC patients by MRI was 86%, which was not significantly different from the surgical pathological diagnosis. However, the difference between the diagnosis rate by MRI and that by CT（70%） has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The diagnostic value effect by multi-slice spiral CT in mixed hepatocellular carcinoma is not as good as that by MRI. However, due to the high cost of MRI operation and limited promotion, CT is relatively common. In order to get better diagnosis, it is necessary to respect reality and focus on multiple diagnostic methods, so facilitating the correct understanding of the patients＇ condition and the correct treatment of the patients, which can improve the patient＇s treatment effect and care quality of the patients.
