多层螺旋CT诊断胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的价值观察

摘　　要：目的:观察总结多层螺旋CT(MSCT)用于胸腰椎爆裂性骨折中的诊断价值。方法:选取病例范围:2013年1月到2017年12月收治的64例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者,均经X线平片、容积再现法(VRT)、MSCT、多平面重组(MPR)成像等后处理,分析图像处理显示骨折情况,并与手术结果对比。结果:MSCT平扫椎体骨折个数、椎管分度、附件骨折处的检出准确率明显高于X线片诊断结果,MPR、MSCT轴位用于诊断椎体骨折数、附件骨折数、椎管分度准确度高于VRT的诊断准确性,MPR的诊断准确度高于MSCT轴位准确,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT各种后处理技术结合用于诊断胸腰椎爆裂性骨折,可直观、全面呈现骨折全貌,为临床诊治提供重要的指导依据。Objective： To summarize the value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in the diagnosis of thoracolumbar burst fractures. Methods： 64 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures admitted from January 2013 to December 2017 were examined by plain radiography, volume rendering （VRT）, MSCT, MPR imaging, etc. Post-processing, analysis of image processing shows the fracture, and compared with the surgical results. Results： The accuracy of MSCT in detecting the number of vertebral fracture, spinal canal index and accessory fracture was significantly higher than those of X-ray film. The axial MPR and MSCT were used to diagnose the vertebral fracture, accessory fracture, The accuracy of spinal index was higher than that of VRT, and the diagnostic accuracy of MPR was higher than MSCT（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： MSCT combined with various post-treatment techniques for the diagnosis of thoracolumbar Burst fractures can be intuitive and comprehensive picture of the fracture, providing an important guide for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
