多层螺旋CT在上腹部实质脏器损伤的应用

摘　　要：目的:探析多层螺旋CT检查诊断上腹部实质脏器损伤的价值。方法:于本院收治的上腹部实质脏器损伤患者中选出80例,均接受多层螺旋CT检查,收集多层螺旋CT检查的诊断符合率等。结果:多层螺旋CT检查诊断符合率100.0%,其中29例肝脏损伤,18例肾脏损伤,28例脾脏损伤,5例复合脏器损伤。结论:多层螺旋CT检查在上腹部实质脏器损伤中应用诊断价值确切,为临床医师提供准确的影像学信息,便于临床医师结合患者的具体情况制定科学的治疗方案,改善预后。Objective： To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of solid upper abdominal organs injury. Methods： 80 cases of solid upper abdominal organs injury were selected in our hospital, all of them were examined by multi-slice spiral CT, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT examination was collected. Results： The coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 100.0%, Among the 80 patients, there were 29 liver injuries, 18 kidney injuries, 28 spleen injuries, and 5 composite organ injuries. Conclusion： Multi-slice spiral CT examination is high diagnostic value in the solid upper abdominal organs injury. It provides accurate imaging information for clinicians, and it is convenient for clinicians to make a scientific treatment plan and improve the prognosis with the specific conditions of the patients.
