摘 要:专业体育器材对于原材料和制备工艺有着更高的要求,铝基复合材料融合了铝和复合材料的双重优势,得以广泛应用,为优化该选材的质量,针对传统中间合金的熔炼工艺复杂、耗材高等问题,提出一种高效速锰金属添加剂,首先介绍了金属添加剂设计的基本要求,细化金属添加剂的生产设计方案,并以健身自行车车身专用的SiC/2024铝基复合材料为研究实例,分析其应用效果,结果表明该金属添加剂的研制能够显著提升产品实收率、控制成本,且熔解调整效果较好,达到了预期的化学成分要求.Professional sports equipment has higher requirements for raw materials and processing technology. Aluminum matrix composites combine the advantages of aluminum and composite materials and are widely used. In order to optimize the quality of the selected materials, a high-effciency manganese metal was proposed to solve the problems of complex smelting process and high consumptive materials of traditional master alloys. Firstly, the basic requirements of the design of metal additives are introduced, and the design scheme of the production of metal additives is refned. Taking SiC/2024 aluminum matrix composite for bicycle body as an example, its application effect is analyzed. The results show that the development of the metal additive can signifcantly improve the product yield, control the cost and melt down. The adjustment effect is better and the expected chemical composition is achieved.
