摘　　要：分析了丙烷脱氢装置第四反应器出口到热联合换热器E201-3入口42英寸(1英寸=2.54 cm)管线存在约40 cm长的焊缝裂纹成因和处理风险,针对处理过程中存在的难点提出安全的焊接方案,焊缝经过3个月持续监测未发现再次泄漏。这是国内首个同类装置大直径高温氢烃泄漏管线在线焊接的成功案例。This article analyzed the 40 cm long weld crack factors and treatment risks of propane dehy- drogenation unit 4th reactor exportation to heat exchanger E201-3 entrance pipeline about 42 inches ,bringed forward the scheme of safety welding for the difficulties in the welding process, no founding leaking again af- ter 3 months continuously monitoring . This was the first success welding online case about similar unit of large diameter,high temperature and hydrogen hydrocarbon leaking pipeline in China.
