摘 要:本文研究了改性二氧化硅包裹纳米银微粒的制备及其形貌的表征分析,通过扫描电镜表征得改性二氧化硅/纳米银微球的形貌规整,粒径主要分布于250 nm~400 nm之间。其次,通过抑菌圈实验测试了改性二氧化硅/纳米银微球对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈大小为18. 5mm和17. 8 mm。此外,将改性二氧化硅添加到人造大理石中,添加量为1. 0%时,其抗菌活性值达3. 0以上。In this paper, the preparation of modified silica coated silver nanoparticles and the characterization of its morphology were investigated. The morphology of the modified silica / silver nanoparticles was regular by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The particle size of modified silica/ silver nanoparticles was mainly distributed in the range of 250 nm and 400 nm. Secondly, the bacteriostatic zone sizes of modified silica / silver nanoparticles to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus attretts were measured to be 18.5 mm and 17.8 mm, respectively. In addition, the antibacterial activity of modified silica added to artificial marble was over 3.0 when the content of modified silica was 1.0%.
