摘　　要：探索神经外科ICU如何在住院医师规范化培训的教学活动中发挥其作为专科ICU的特色。神经外科ICU兼具神经外科和重症医学专科的特点,住院医师规范化培训应从评估学员能力、强化入科教育入手;教学内容应同时兼顾带有专科特色的神经外科知识和具有"整体观"的重症医学知识,并涵盖医师人文素质的培养等多方面;同时采取PBL、CBL、情景式教学等多种教学模式进行。Exploring the Department of NICU as a specialist ICU, how to carry out teaching activities in the standardized training of resident physicians. NICU combines the characteristics of department of neurosurgery and intensive medical care. Study on the evaluation of student ability, strengthen the entry education; aim at connecting the specialty neurosurgery to holistic intensive medicine, and humanistic quality training, taking PBL, CBL and situational teaching in NICU.[
