针刺双侧面部代表区对急性期面神经炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺双侧面部代表区对急性期面神经炎患者的临床疗效,寻求治疗急性期面神经炎的有效方法。方法:选取我科符合纳入标准的急性期面神经炎患者60例随机分为两组,各30例。在基础治疗的前提下,对照组采用针刺健侧面部代表区配合面部取穴治疗,治疗组运用针刺双侧面部代表区配合面部取穴治疗。结果:在改善上部面肌体征及社会功能评分方面,治疗组优于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组总有效率86. 2%,对照组总有效率78. 6%,两组比较无显著性差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:针刺双侧面部代表区对急性期面神经炎患者改善眼眉局部症状及调整自身情绪方面有较好的临床效果。Objective： To observe the curative effect of needling bilateral facial representation area treating acute facial neuritis,thus to find out an effective therapy for this kind of disease. Methods： 60 patients with acute facial neuritis were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 30） and the treatment group（ n = 30）. Besides the basic treatment,the control group was treated with needling contralateral facial area; whereas the treatment group was treated with needling bilateral facial area. Results： In terms of improving social function score and the signs of upper facial muscles,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 2%,and it was 78. 6%in the control group; no significant difference was seen between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Needling bilateral facial area has better clinical effect on improving local symptoms of eyebrow and adjusting the emotion of the patients with acute facial neuritis.
