摘 要:目的:探讨外周血氯离子(Cl^-)浓度与冠心病发生风险的相关性。方法:采取病例-对照研究方法,收集了804例冠心病患者样本以及1215例正常对照样本,检测血清Cl^-浓度,应用SPSS软件进行t检验、方差分析(one-way ANOVA)、多因素相关分析(correlation analysis)、多因素logistic回归分析相关性统计分析。结果:冠心病患者外周血Cl^-水平明显高于对照组,冠心病病例组Cl^-浓度平均值为(105.33±4.19)mmol/L,正常对照组Cl^-浓度为(103.48±5.66)mmol/L。根据协方差分析,经对年龄、性别、高血压、血清Na^+、Ca^(2+)、K^+以及脂质水平等因素进行矫正后,Cl^-水平在两组间的差异仍具有统计学意义。结论:血清Cl^-水平是冠心病发病及发展的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the association between serum chloride concentration and the risk of coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: 804 CHD patients and 1125 common health controls were contained using case-control study, the serum Cl - concentration were examined,and SPSS software was used for t test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: Cl - level of Peripheral blood in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly higher than in the control group, the mean serum Cl - level in CHD patients group was (105.33±4.19)mmol/L and (103.48±5.66)mmol/L in control group. According to covariance analysis, after the correction of age, gender, hypertension, serum Na + ,Ca 2+ ,K + and lipid levels, the difference of Cl - level was statistically significant between two groups. Conclusion: The levels of serum Cl - could be an independent risk factor for the development of CHD.
