摘 要:目的:比较不同大便隐血常规测定方法的应用价值。方法:选择某院自2016年5月~2017年1月收治的31例下消化道肿瘤患者的粪便、31例上消化道出血患者的粪便以及同期在院在50例正常医护人员的粪便作为研究对象,分别采用匹拉米洞法和单克隆抗体法对所有患者的大便进行常规测定,比较不同测定方法对大便隐血的检出率。结果:单克隆抗体法对正常人体大便隐血的检出率(10.0%)与匹拉米洞法检测出的大便隐血的检出率(12.0%)、单克隆抗体法对上消化道出血患者大便隐血的检出率(93.5%)与匹拉米洞法检测出的大便隐血的检出率(90.3%)对比均无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);单克隆抗体法对下消化道肿瘤患者大便隐血的检出率(90.3%)明显高于匹拉米洞法检测出的大便隐血的检出率(71.0%),两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:匹拉米洞法和单克隆抗体法两种不同的测定方法在大便隐血常规中均具有良好的应用价值,但单克隆抗体法检测的特异性高于匹拉米洞法。Objective To compare the application value of different routine measurements of occult blood. Methods: The stool samples from 31 patients with lower gastrointestinal cancer admitted in A hospital from May 2016 to January 2017, stool samples from 31 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and stool samples from 50 normal medical staff during the same period were selected and had routinemeasurements withparomidam method and monoclonal antibody method for all patients, the detection rate of fecal occult blood by different methods were compared. Results: The measurements rate of occult blood (10.0%) in normal human feces by monoclonal antibody method and the measurements rate of fecal occult blood (12.0%) by paromidam method,the measurements rate of occult blood (93.5%) in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding feces by monoclonal antibody method and the measurements rate of fecal occult blood (90.3%) by paromidam method had no statistic significant( P 〉0.05);The measurements rate of occult blood ( 90.3% ) in patients with lower gastrointestinal cancer feces by monoclonal antibody method were significantly higher than the measurements rate of fecal occult blood (71.0%) by paromidam method,the difference were statistically significant( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Both paromidam method and monoclonal antibody method have good value in the routine measurement of fecal occult blood, but the specificity of monoclonal antibody method is higher than paromidam method.
