摘  要:文章依托苏州轨道交通2号线工程,针对双线穿越570幢建筑物、斜交穿越城际高速铁路、切削穿越14根大直径桥桩这3大罕见难题,分别对应于穿越微扰动控制对象、穿越沉降极其严控对象、穿越刀盘前方障碍物这三类穿越类型进行研究。通过开展多个现场试验、室内实验并结合工程实测数据分析,探明了富水粉砂地层盾构掘进地层变形特征,研发了抗水分散性好的新型注浆材料,建立了一套富水粉砂地层盾构微扰动掘进技术体系,提出了地铁盾构穿越运营高铁"板桩隔离+分区注浆+板下动态补浆"的新型保护体系,研发了可适应连续切削穿越钢筋混凝土群桩的新型刀具,并提出了混凝土预留和定长磨削的分次切筋原理。文章研究可供国内各地铁城市相似地层中盾构穿越建(构)筑物施工参考借鉴。Eased on the Suzhou Rail Transit Line 2 project, the three crossing types technology of micro- disturbance control object, strict settlement control object, obstacle in front of the cutter head were studied separately, in connection with the three rare problems of crossing 570 buildings, crossing high-speed railways, cutting through 14 large-diameter bridge pile foundations. Through the on-site test, indoor experiment and combined with the measured data of the project, the paper obtained the following research results: The deformation characteristics during shield tunneling in water-rich silt stratum were identified, a new grouting material resistant to water dispersion was developed, the technical system for shield micro-disturbing tunneling in water-rich silt formation was established. The new type of protection system for the subway shield crossing high-speed rail was proposed,the system adopts the method of "slab pile isolation + partition grouting + dynamic grouting under the board". A new tool for continuously cutting large diameter reinforced concrete piles was developed. In order to achieve concrete reservation and fixed length cutting, the concept of multiply cutting steel bars was proposed. This paper can provide reference for shield tunneling through building construction in similar stratum of the domestic subway.
