基于全过程分析的高温后预制装配式SRC梁受力性能研究

摘  要:在确定混凝土和钢材在升温、降温及高温后不同阶段本构关系的基础上,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了火灾升降温作用下PSRC梁温度场和高温后PSRC梁力学分析模型,并采用现有的试验数据验证了模型的合理性。计算分析了PSRC梁破坏形态和叠合面滑移以及荷载比、升温时间对高温后PSRC梁受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:高温后预制装配式SRC梁为弯曲破坏形态;历史最高温度对叠合面滑移影响较大;荷载比较大或升温持续时间较长的梁可能发生降温段破坏。After determining the constitutive relations of concrete and steel at different stages of temperature increase, temperature drop and post high temperature, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the temperature field analysis model of PSRC beamincluding heating and cooling and the mechanical analysis model of PSRC beam after fire exposure. The experimental data was used to verify the rationality of the model. The failure modes, overlap surface slip, and the influence of load ratio and heating time of PSRC beams on the mechanical properties of PSRC beams after high temperature were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated SRC beam is in the form of bending failure after high temperature; the historical maximum temperature has a great influence on the slippage of the superimposed surface; the beam with a relatively large load or a long duration of temperature rise may cause damage in the cooling section.
