摘  要:矸石电厂粉煤灰作为水泥混合材时会引起浆体流动性降低,经时流动度损失变大等适应性问题,通过改变降低粉煤灰的烧失量、复掺矿物掺合料及提高聚羧酸保坍剂的掺量等措施,改善其与聚羧酸减水剂的适应性。结果表明:降低CFB粉煤灰的烧失量能有效提高浆体的初始流动,且降低了1h后的流动性损失,复掺混合材对相容性的改善效果较小,提高聚羧酸保坍剂的掺量影响能够显著提高水泥浆体的后期流动性。It will cause adaptive problems when fly ash of gangue power plant is used as cement admixture, the fluidity of the slurry decreases, and the fluidity loss increases with time, etc.The influence of compatibility with fly ash was discussed by reducing the ignition loss, compounding mineral admixtures and increasing the content of polycarboxylic acid protection agent. The results show that, reducing the loss of fly ash can led to higher initial fluidity of cement paste and lower liquidity loss after 1 hour. But there has little influenceby adding mineral admixtures.The effect of increasing the content of polycarboxylic acid protection agent can significantly improve the later fluidity of cement paste.
