癌痛规范化治疗示范医院护理体系建设与实践

摘　　要：目的研究并构建癌痛规范化治疗示范医院护理体系。方法通过成立癌痛管理组织、癌痛规范化护理理念推广、癌痛护理信息化管理推进、癌痛护理质量管理、癌痛健康教育实施等方法来提高癌痛患者规范化护理。结果阿片类药物使用量不断增加,癌痛护理书写合格率由71.7%上升到96.2%;癌痛处方点评合格率由75.1%上升到94.6%;癌痛护理病历点评合格率由62.4%上升到91.2%。癌痛健康教育有效率由68%上升到92%;癌痛患者止痛满意度由77%上升到98%。结论癌痛规范化治疗示范医院护理体系建设可提高癌痛患者管理结局及止痛满意度。Objective To study and construct a nursing system of cancer pain in standardized treatment demonstrational hospital.Methods Through the establishment of cancer pain management organization,the extension of cancer pain standardized nursing concept,promotion of cancer pain nursing information management,quality management of cancer pain nursing,health education of cancer pain,we aim to improve the standardized nursing care of cancer pain patients.Results The use of opioid was increasing,and the rate of qualified nursing writing of cancer pain increased from 71.7% to 96.2%.The rate of qualified prescription of cancer pain increased from 75.1% to 94.6%.The rate of qualified nursing medical records of cancer pain increased from 62.4% to 91.2%.The effective rate of cancer pain health education increased from 68% to 92%.The rate of satisfaction in relieving pain in patients with cancer pain rose from 77% to 98%.Conclusion The construction of standardized nursing system of cancer pain can improve the management outcome and satisfaction of relieving pain in patients with cancer pain.
