摘　　要：竣工结算是最后确定工程造价的重要环节,是施工企业尽快回收资金,加速资金周转的重要环节,是直接影响所承接工程能否盈利的环节,是影响企业生存和发展的核心,因此做好竣工结算对企业生存发展具有重要意义。本文站在施工方的角度针对如何做好竣工结算做出了探讨。Completion and settlement is an important link in the final determination of project cost. First,it can help the construction company recovery funds to speed up the capital flow as soon as possible. Second it will affect the profitability of the project undertaken. Last it will affect the survival and development of the enterprise. So it is very important for well done the completion and settlement. This paper will discuss how to do well the settlement from the constructor.
