摘　　要：在建筑项目施工期间,建材管理是项目管理非常重要的环节,同时也是关系着整个项目质量的要点环节。本文重点根据建筑项目施工阶段建材的特点,提出了几点管理建议,旨在提高施工期间的建材管理质量,保证施工质量。During construction, building materials management is a very important part of project management, and also a key link related to the quality of the whole project. According to the characteristics of building materials in the construction stage of construction projects, this paper puts forward some management suggestions in order to improve the management quality of building materials during construction and ensure the construction quality.
