摘　　要：目的研究胰岛素样生长因子2(insulin-like growth factor 2,IGF-2)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGF-binding protein 3,IGFBP-3)在稽留流产患者血清中的表达情况,探讨其与稽留流产的关系。方法选择该院2016年1—12月共计40例孕产妇,使用ELISA法检测孕7~10周的20例稽留流产(研究组)及20例正常妊娠(对照组)血清IGF-2及IGFBP-3水平。结果两组血清中IGF-2含量比较研究组的IGF-2含量为(0.37±0.22)ng/mL,对照组的IGF-2含量为(0.42±0.26)ng/mL,两组差异无统计学意义(t=0.859;P>0.05);两组血清中IGFBP-3含量比较研究组的IGFBP-3含量为(3 105.03±1 002.95)ng/mL,而对照组的IGFBP-3含量为(3 832.84±1 201.12)ng/mL,研究组低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(t=4.235,P<0.05)。结论 IGFBP-3的低表达或许是稽留流产发生发展的重要因素。Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor 2（IGF-2） and insulin-like growth factor binding protein3（IGFBP-3） in serum of patients with missed abortion and to explore its relationship with the missed abortion. Methods A total of 40 pregnant women from January to December 2016 were enrolled in the hospital. ELISA was used to detect 20 cases of missed abortion（study group） and 20 cases of normal pregnancy（control group） serum IGF-2 and IGFBP-3 levels. Results The serum levels of IGF-2 in the two groups were（0.37±0.22）ng/mL, and the IGF-2 levels in the control group were（0.42±0.26）ng/mL. There was no significant difference between the two groups（t=0.859, P〈0.05）; IGFBP-3 content in the two groups was compared with the IGFBP-3 content of the study group was（3 105.03±1 002.95）ng/mL, while the IGFBP-3 content of the control group was（3 832.84 ±1 201.12）ng/mL. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant（t=4.235, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low expression of IGFBP-3 may be an important factor in the development of missed abortion.
