摘  要:以北京553为供试材料,研究多效唑和缩节胺喷秧处理对甘薯产量和品质的影响。结果表明:喷施多效唑和缩节胺可以增加甘薯单株结薯数、提高产量;可显著提高块根中可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质及维生素C含量,且可溶性糖含量的增幅高于淀粉,明显改善甘薯食用品质。研究认为,在本试验条件下,从保证产量和优化品质角度考虑,以100 mg/kg多效唑喷秧处理效果最好。Using Beijing 553 as material, the experiment was conducted with MET and DPC spray seed- lings to study their effects on yield and quality of sweet potato. The results were as followed. Spraying MET and DPC could improve the tuber number per plant and increase production of sweet potato. Spraying MET and DPC significantly increased the content of soluble sugar, starch, protein and vitamin C, and the amplification of soluble sugar content was greater than that of starch content, so the eating quality of sweet potato was obviously improved. This study results suggested that spraying 100 mg/kg of MET would work best for assuring yield and optimizing quality under this experimental conditions.
