定痛方治疗癌痛验案举隅

摘　　要：目的通过整理王振强治疗癌性疼痛的典型病例,以探索中医中药对于癌性疼痛的治疗效果。方法整理王振强治疗癌性疼痛的典型病例3例,分析相关病因病机及预后变化。结果定痛方对临床相关癌性疼痛的控制取得了满意的疗效。结论该病归属中医学"痛症"范畴。其病机关键分为"不通则痛"和"不荣则痛"两类。王振强主任根据多年临床经验,通过辨证论治总结出本病多以久病致气血郁滞、瘀结,脏腑经脉失养,不通则痛,将其基本病机定位为"气滞血瘀,痰郁互结",并拟"定痛方"治疗该病在临床上取得比较好的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancerous pain by sorting out the typical cases of cancer pain treated by chief physician Wang Zhenqiang. Methods Three typical cases of cancer pain treated by chief physician Wang Zhenqiang was sorted out, and etiology, pathogenesis and prognosis was analyzed. Results Dingtong prescription in the treatment of cancerous pain has obtained satisfied curative effect. Conclusion This disease belongs to the category of “pain”. The key to its pathogenesis lies in the two categories as “pain caused by stagnation of qi and blood” and “pain caused by losing nourishment of yin and yang, ying and wei, qi and blood, body fluid, viscera and meridian”. According to many years clinical experience, chief physician Wang Zhenqiang summarized qi-blood stagnation, zang-fu meridian losing nourishment and pain caused by stagnation of qi and blood induced by chronic disease is more common by treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Its basic pathogenesis is “qi-blood stagnation and phlegm stagnation and phlegm stagnation”. The self-made Dingtong prescription in the treatment of cancerous pain has obtained better curative effect.
