活血补肾方联合耳穴贴压治疗肾虚血瘀型不孕症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血补肾方配合耳穴治疗肾虚血瘀型不孕症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用活血补肾方配合耳穴治疗,对照组采用活血补肾方治疗。2组疗程均为3个月经周期。观察2组患者中医临床症状治疗前后的变化情况,彩超监测卵泡生长发育、排卵情况及子宫内膜厚度的变化、妊娠改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为66.67%。治疗3个月经周期后,2组中医临床症状总积分值较治疗前均有明显改善;2组的卵泡生长发育、排卵及子宫内膜厚度较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05)。结论活血补肾方配合耳穴治疗肾虚血瘀型不孕症有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying invigorating blood circulation and nourishing kidney prescription combined with auricular point in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type infertility. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group employed invigorating blood circulation and nourishing kidney prescription combined with auricular point treatment, while control group adopted invigorating blood circulation and nourishing kidney prescription. The courses of two groups are both three menstrual cycles. Results The change of the Chinese medicine clinical symptoms before and after treatment in both groups, pa/monitoring follicle growth and development, ovulation and the changes of endometrial thickness, pregnancy to improve the situation were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33%; in the meanwhile, the control group was 66.67%. After treatment of three menstrual cycles, the treatment group and control group were obviously improved after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom and total integral value. The comparison between the two groups has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Two groups of ovarian follicles growth and development, ovulation and endometrial thickness were obviously improved after treatment. The comparison between the two groups shows significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The invigorating blood circulation and nourishing kidney prescription combined with auricular point in the treatment of infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has better clinical curative effect.
