摘　　要：目的评价理筋疗法联合针灸疗法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪痉挛型患儿的临床疗效。方法将80例痉挛型的脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,2组患儿均给予针灸疗法及基础康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用理筋疗法。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率60%,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论理筋疗法联合针灸疗法治疗脑性瘫痪痉挛型具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tendons therapy combined with acupuncture therapy in treating cerebral palsy spasm in children. Methods 80 cases of spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Acupuncture therapy and basic rehabilitation treatment were given to the two groups of children. On this basis, the treatment group applied tendons therapy. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 90 % and 60% respectively. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combination of rational tendon therapy and acupuncture therapy for cerebral palsy spasm has a good curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
