姜蓉穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧烈呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价姜蓉穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧烈呕吐的效果。方法选取我院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的妊娠剧吐孕妇70例,采用随机分组的方式把所有患者平均分为试验组和对照组,每组35例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理方式,试验组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷,对2组患者的症状改善情况进行对比分析。结果试验组患者的恶心呕吐次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论姜蓉穴位贴敷法能够有效缓解妊娠剧吐患者的恶心呕吐,有利于患者加速康复进程,具有比较高的临床价值,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of chopped ginger＇s acupoint application on hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods In our hospital, 70 cases of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum from May 2016 to May 2017 were treated were divided into experimental group and control group by way of randomized method, with 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was treated with chopped ginger＇s acupoint application. Then we compared and analyzed the symptoms of the two groups. Results The frequency of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The chopped ginger＇s acupoint application can effectively relieve nausea and vomiting in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum, help patients to accelerate the rehabilitation process, has relatively high clinical value, and it is worthy of clinical application.
