国外商务语用研究新进展的可视化分析

摘　　要：本研究以SSCI来源期刊2006-2017年发表的商务语用论文为语料,采用定量与定性的分析方法,对国外商务语用研究热点与进展进行考察。研究发现,过去十二年:1)国外语用学论文发表总体呈上升的趋势; 2)期刊类别分布较不平衡; 3)研究热点主要集中在会话分析、礼貌原则等30个话题。4)会话分析、礼貌原则、言语行为理论、面子理论、跨文化交际理论等涉及较多; 5)商务语用研究以实证研究为主,以定性研究为多,计算机辅助的方法应用呈上升趋势。This paper makes a survey of the advances in research on business pragmatics studies during the last twelve years with the use of the SATI and Ucinet technology. The study has found that 1） Bussiness pragmatics publication shows an overall upward trend; 2） There is an imbalance in specific publication journals; 3） Business pragmatics mainly covers thirty topics such as converstionanalysis and politeness principle, etc. ; 4） Theories about conversation analysis, politeness theory, speech act theory; intercultural communication contribute more to the business pragmatics studies; 5） Empirical research is dominant in business pragmatics, with the qualitative methods of various types as the mainstream. Computer technology is more and more widely used in bussiness pragmatics studies.
