摘 要:针对烧结布料系统存在的问题,使用辊-板结合的新式布料器开展工业生产试验,对布料器主要运行参数进行了合理优化。在控制八辊布料器转速40 r/min、反射板布料角度45°条件下,烧结矿质量改善明显,转鼓强度提高1. 15%,改造后烧结吨矿成本降低3. 81元。并对原有固定式松料器进行合理改造,使其能够根据实际生产情况进行灵活调整。In view of the problems existing in the sintering material distribution system, a new type of distributor with combination of roller-plate is used to carry out the industrial production experiment, and the main operating parameters of distributor are optimized reasonably. Under the condition of controlling the rotating speed of eight-roller feeder at 40 r/min and the feeding angle of the deflector plate at 45°, the sinter quality has improved obviously, the tumbler strength has increased by 1.15%, and the cost per ton of sinter after reconstruction has reduced by 3.81 Yuan. Reasonable modification is made for the existing fixed material loosening bar, so that it can be adjusted flexibly according to the actual production condition.
