摘　　要：目的探讨癌痛规范化治疗示范医院创建中的药学服务和药事管理经验,为医院建设提供借鉴。方法从癌痛治疗药品供应、处方信息化管理、麻醉药品智能化管理、癌痛临床药师工作模式等方面进行药学服务和药事管理探索与实践。结果完善了癌痛治疗药品供应目录,实现麻醉药品电子处方及信息化管理,并建立了癌痛临床药师工作模式。结论药师可以在癌痛多学科治疗团队及其管理中发挥重要作用。OBJECTIVE To share experience of pharmaceutical care and pharmacy administration during construction of standardized treatment demonstration hospital for cancer pain, and provide reference for other hospitals. METHODS Pharmaceutical care and pharmacy administration practice included guaranteeing supply of multiple drugs for cancer pain treatment, implementing informationized management of narcotic prescriptions and intelligent management of narcotic drugs, and exploring working mode for clinical pharmacists specialized in cancer pain treatment. RESULTS Types of drugs for cancer pain treatment increased, achieved informationized management of narcotic prescriptions and intelligent management of narcotic drugs, and working mode for clinical pharmacist specialized in cancer pain treatment was established. CONCLUSION Pharmacists can play an increasingly important role in multidisciplinary teams of cancer pain treatment.
