摘  要:质量监管部门及检测技术人员帮助生产企业提高产品质量是义不容辞、责无旁贷之事。但是,其技术帮扶的特点,主要不是解决生产企业遇到的生产技术问题,帮助其提高产品质量性能,而是发挥自身特长,传播先进管理理论,准确反映产品的特征值数据,帮助生产企业落实控制产品质量水平的措施与方法。否则,技术帮扶会给生产企业造成麻烦,带来刻舟求剑的现象,甚至是背道而驰的结果。It ' s obligatozy for quality inspection department and testing personnel to help enterprises to improve their product quality. The technical support aims to play strengths to disseminate advanced management theory, accurately refleet the product technical index and help theproduction enterprises to implement measures and methods to control product quality level rather than solve production technical problems and help them improve product quality. Otherwise, technical assistance will cause trouble to the production enterprises, bring the phenomenon of carving boats and seeking sword, or even the result of the opposite.
