摘  要:目的优选青藤碱涂膜剂的制备工艺,并研究其透皮吸收行为。方法以膜材浓度,乙醇含量,甘油含量为试验考察因素,进行正交设计试验,优化处方配比。使用Franz扩散池研究青藤碱涂膜剂的透皮吸收行为。结果优选得到的最佳处方为A1B2C2,即:PVA-124 4g,95%乙醇30m L,甘油4m L。24h累积透过率达86.18%,符合Higuchi方程,透皮速率常数为229.49μg·h-1。结论按优选处方制备,制得的青藤碱涂膜剂成膜时间短,质量稳定可靠,渗透持久,释放率高。Objective To optimize the composition of the film forming solution for Sinomenine pellicle,and explore the in vitro percutaneous permeability. Methods Orthogonal experiment design was applied in order to obtain the best film forming composition.The investigated factors included polymerization degree of PVA,ethanol content and glycerine content in the film forming solution.Investigate its percutaneous permeation using rat skin. Results The optimal combination is A1 B2 C2.The cumulative transmission rate of 24 h reached 86.18%, which was in line with the Higuchi equation, and the transdermal rate constant was 229.49μg·h-1. Conclusion The prepared Sinomenine pellicle has short film forming time, stable quality, durable permeability and high release rate.
