快速康复理念在老年膝关节置换术中的应用新进展

摘　　要：目的了解接受膝关节置换术治疗的老年患者用快速康复理念的临床价值。方法选择膝关节置换术治疗的老年患者300例,根据患者入院时间先后将其以每组150例分为常规组与康复组,分别在围术期对其进行常规护理以及快速康复理念指导下的针对性护理干预。观察两组临床效果。结果在完成治疗护理后患者膝关节的各项相关体征积分等均有所改善,康复组治疗后所得各项指标均优于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);从HSS评分、活动度、稳定性和肌力方面评价患者治疗干预前后膝关节功能,两组患者均有所改善而康复组患者所得指标更具优越性,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对护理质量评价方面,康复组患者满意度显著高于常规组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为膝关节置换术老年患者在护理过程中应用快速康复理念进行指导对于帮助患者术后功能恢复以及保障手术疗效均有重要意义,值得推广。Objective To understand the clinical value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation for elderly patients undergoing knee replacement surgery. Methods 300 elderly patients treated by knee replacement were selected. According to the time of admission, 150 patients in each group were divided into routine group and rehabilitation group. They were under the guidance of routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative period. Targeted care interventions. Observe the clinical effects of the two groups. Results After the completion of treatment and care, all the relevant physical signs of the knee joint have been improved, and the indexes obtained in the rehabilitation group are better than the conventional group after treatment, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Evaluation of knee function before and after treatment intervention in patients with HSS score, activity, stability, and muscle strength. Both groups of patients improved, while the recovery group had better indicators, which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; In the evaluation of the quality of care, patients in the rehabilitation group were significantly more satisfied than the conventional group, the difference between the data was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation during the nursing process for elderly patients undergoing knee replacement surgery is of great significance in helping patients to recover after surgery and ensure surgical efficacy. It is worth promoting.
