摘　　要：目的探究直肠癌合并糖尿病患者行腹会阴联合根治术中护理配合对手术结局的影响。方法选取我院在2015年7月至2017年9月收治的70例行腹会阴联合根治术的直肠癌合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表的方式将患者分为对照组35例和实验组35例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予全程护理配合,并对两组患者的血糖水平变化以及术后并发症情况进行比较。结果实验组患者的血糖水平变化以及术后并发症情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在行腹会阴联合根治术的直肠癌合并糖尿病患者当中采取全程护理配合可以有效控制血糖水平,减少术后并发症的发生概率,因此值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care on the surgical outcomes of rectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing abdominal perineal combined radical mastectomy. Methods A total of 70 patients with rectal cancer and diabetes mellitus who underwent abdominoperineal combined radical mastectomy from July 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into control group and 35 patients by random number table. The experimental group consisted of 35 patients. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and patients in the experimental group were given full nursing care, and the changes in blood glucose levels and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The change of blood glucose and postoperative complications in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the patients with rectal carcinoma and diabetes mellitus undergoing and perineal combined radical mastectomy, taking full care can effectively control the blood glucose level and reduce the probability of postoperative complications, so it is worth promoting.
