探讨延续性kegel运动训练联合神经肌肉电刺激对女性盆底肌肉康复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析女性盆底肌肉康复采用延续性kegel运动训练与神经肌肉电刺激联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月我院接收的84例需盆底肌肉康复的女性患者,随机分为研究组和参照组,其中参照组为42例,采用单一的神经肌肉电刺激治疗,研究组为42例,予以延续性kegel运动训练与神经肌肉电刺激联合治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果以及治疗前后盆底肌压力改善情况。结果治疗前,两组患者收缩压以及静息压水平比较无显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压以及静息压得到显著改善,且优于参照组;同时研究组总有效率为92.86%,高于参照组总有效率73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对盆底肌肉康复治疗患者,采用延续性kegel运动训练联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗,具有十分显著的应用价值,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical value of continuous kegel exercise training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the rehabilitation of female pelvic floor muscles. Methods 84 patients receiving pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into study group and reference group. The reference group consisted of 42 patients. A single neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment was used. In the study group, 42 patients were treated with continuous kegel exercise training and neuromuscular electrical stimulation. The clinical treatment effects and improvement of pelvic floor muscle pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and resting pressure between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and resting pressure of the study group were significantly improved and better than that of the reference group; The efficiency was 92.86%, which was higher than the reference group 73.81%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of continuous kegel exercise training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in pelvic floor rehabilitation patients has very significant application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
