门冬氨酸钾镁治疗小儿重度黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探析对重度黄疸型肝炎患儿用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗对于病情的干预效果及推广价值。方法选笔者所在医院2017年至2018年间收治重度黄疸型肝炎患儿26例为分析对象,所有患儿均在常规治疗基础上联合门冬氨酸钾镁药物治疗,对患儿资料以回顾性方式进行分析并归纳在治疗该病中门冬氨酸钾镁的临床疗效。结果相对于治疗前,患儿各项临床指标:TBIL(血清总胆红素)、ALP(碱性磷酸酶)、γ-GT(γ-谷氨酰转移酶)、ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)以及AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶)有所改善,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患儿典型临床症状缓解时间在令人满意范围内;患儿治疗后出现药物相关不良反应相对轻微,在对症处理后消失,对疗程不造成影响。结论门冬氨酸钾镁在对重度黄疸型肝炎患儿的病情控制中有重要意义,有效改善患儿相关临床指标,保障了长远疗效,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and value of intervention on the condition of patients with severe jaundice hepatitis treated with potassium aspartate. Methods Twenty-six patients with severe jaundice hepatitis who were admitted to the hospital where the author was from 2017 to 2018 were included in the analysis. All patients were on the basis of routine treatment combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium, and the data were retrospectively reviewed. To analyze and summarize the clinical efficacy of potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of this disease. Results Relative to the pretreatment, the clinical indicators of children： TBIL（serum total bilirubin）, ALP（alkaline phosphatase）, γ-GT（γ-glutamyl transferase）, ALT（alanine amino The transferase and AST（aspartate aminotransferase） improved, and the data difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The typical clinical symptoms of children after treatment were within a satisfactory range. The drug-related adverse reactions after treatment in children were relatively mild and disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Does not affect. Conclusion Potassium magnesium aspartate is of great significance in controlling the condition of children with severe jaundice hepatitis. It can effectively improve the relevant clinical indicators of children, guarantee long-term efficacy, high safety, and worthy of promotion.
