探讨肾性高血压临床特点及临床治疗对策

摘　　要：目的对肾性高血压的临床特点以及相应的临床治疗方式进行研究分析。方法选择在我院进行治疗的高血压患者106例作为研究分析对象,根据诊断结果将全部患者分为观察组、对照组,观察组均为肾性高血压患者,对照组均为原发性高血压患者,对两组患者均进行相关降压治疗,将两组患者的年龄、血压以及治疗情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的平均年龄明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在平均血压以及高峰血压方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在需要使用静脉降压药物治疗人数方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在需要4种降压药物联合治疗人数方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论肾性高血压是一种危害性非常大的疾病,对患者血压需要进行有效的控制,同时根据患者的不同病情选择不同药物、不同方式进行治疗。Objective To study the clinical features of renal hypertension and the corresponding clinical treatment methods. Methods A total of 106 hypertensive patients who were treated in our hospital were selected for analysis. All patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the diagnosis results. The observation group was all renal In hypertensive patients, all patients in the control group were patients with essential hypertension. All patients were treated with antihypertensive therapy. The age, blood pressure, and treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The average age of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In terms of mean blood pressure and peak blood pressure, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In terms of the number of patients requiring intravenous antihypertensive drugs, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In the need for 4 kinds of antihypertensive drugs combined treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Renal hypertension is a very harmful disease. It requires effective control of the blood pressure of the patient. At the same time, different drugs are selected according to different conditions of the patient and different methods are used for treatment.
