摘 要:目的分析妊娠早期增补叶酸预防神经管畸形发生的临床效果。方法选取本院于2015年4月至2017年3月门诊接待的1000例待孕妇女作为研究对象,采用不同的治疗方式分组,分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=500)孕前未增补叶酸,观察组(n=500)孕前增补叶酸进行干预。对比分析两组妊娠早期育龄妇女的神经管畸形发生率。结果观察组的神经管畸形率(2.00%)显著低于对照组(8.40%)(P<0.05)。结论对育龄妇女于妊娠早期予以增补叶酸可有效预防神经管畸形的发生,提高我国的人口素质,值得广泛推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of folic acid supplementation in early pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects. Methods A total of 1000 women of childbearing age received at the outpatient clinic from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group using different treatment methods. The control group(n=500) was not supplemented with folic acid, and the observation group(n=500) supplemented with folic acid for treatment. The incidence of neural tube defects in two groups of women of childbearing age at the early stage of pregnancy was analyzed and compared. Results The abnormal rate of neural tube in the observation group(2.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.40%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The supplementation of folic acid to women of childbearing age in early pregnancy can effectively prevent the occurrence of neural tube defects and improve the quality of population in China. It is worthy of widespread promotion.
