摘  要:目的探究干预健康教育模式在糖尿病住院患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的950例糖尿病住院患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各475例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组则在对照组的基础上采取干预健康教育模式,对比观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理后的空腹血糖明显低于对照组,患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度明显优于对照组,所有差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用干预健康教育模式对糖尿病患者进行护理能够获得十分有效的护理效果。Objective To explore the application effect of interventional health education model in the nursing of patients with diabetes. Methods 950 hospitalized patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 475 cases each. The control group adopted the routine nursing method, and the observation group took the intervention health education model on the basis of the control group, and compared the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The mastery of diabetes related knowledge was significantly better than the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The interventional health education model can provide very effective nursing effects for the care of diabetic patients.
