摘　　要：目的探讨常规超声与弹性超声在浅表部位脂肪瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年4月至2017年10月在我院就诊的78例浅表部位脂肪瘤患者的常规超声及弹性超声图像特征。结果浅表部位脂肪瘤的常规超声表现为脂肪层或肌层内高回声、中等回声、低回声或混合回声肿块,边界清晰,后方回声无衰减,大多数病灶无明显血流信号。超声弹性评分为1~2分,与同部位肌肉组织的应变率比值为0.48~0.86,均值0.67。结论常规超声与弹性超声成像在浅表部位脂肪瘤诊断中有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of conventional ultrasound and elastography in the diagnosis of superficial lipoma. Methods The characteristics of conventional ultrasound and elastography in 78 patients with superficial lipoma treated in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The conventional ultrasonography of superficial lipoma was characterized by hyperechoic, medium echo, hypoechoic or mixed echo mass in the adipose layer or myometrium, with clear boundary, no attenuation in the posterior echo and no obvious blood flow signal in most lesions.
