精神病社区康复患者再入院率与监护人的关系分析

摘　　要：目的通过精神病社区康复治疗,探究该类精神病患者再入院的情况,并分析其与监护人治疗的关系。方法在2017年1月至2018年1月,我院收治的精神病患者共有120例,其中35例为精神病社区康复患者再入院的。对这120例精神病患者的监护人进行调查,了解其的文化水平、对精神疾病知识的了解程度、对患者的关注程度以及两者间的关系亲近程度。而后分析精神病社区康复患者再次入院的原因。结果通过分析,发现精神病社区康复的患者再入院率与监护人的文化程度、关系亲近程度等有联系,无统计学意义(P>0.05);而监护人对精神疾病知识的了解程度、关注程度有联系,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行精神病社区康复时,患者的恢复状况与再入院率与监护人有着密切关系,其在精神病患者的康复具有重要影响。Objective To investigate the condition of re-admission of psychotic patients through psychotic community rehabilitation therapy and to analyze their relationship with caregiver treatment. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, there were 120 psychiatric patients in our hospital. Among them, 35 cases of psychotic community rehabilitation patients were admitted to hospital again. The guardians of these 120 patients with mental illness were investigated, to understand their level of education, their knowledge of mental illness, their degree of concern, and their closeness to each other. Then analyze the reason why the psychiatric community rehabilitation patients were admitted again. Results Through analysis, it was found that there was no significant difference between the readmission rate of the psychiatric community rehabilitation patients and the guardian＇s education level and relationship closeness（P〉0.05）. The guardian＇s understanding of the degree of knowledge of mental illness and the degree of concern are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the psychiatric community rehabilitation, the patient＇s recovery status and readmission rate are closely related to the guardian, and it has an important influence on the recovery of the mental patient.
