艾司奥美拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并反流性食管炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃食管反流病临床疗效。方法 92例确诊为2型糖尿病合并反流性食管炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予奥美拉唑(国产)每次20mg,每日2次治疗,治疗组将对照组的奥美拉唑更换为艾司奥美拉唑(重庆莱美药业股份有限公司),每次20mg,每日2次,疗程为8周;两组均加用胃动力药物、胃粘膜保护剂。结果治疗组胃食管反流病临床症状总有效率为95.8%,内镜下改善率95.8%,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并反流性食管炎疗效确切,副作用少。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 92 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and reflux esophagitis patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group given omeprazole（domestic） 20 mg each time, 2 times daily treatment, the treatment group to the control group of omeprazole for replacing escitalopram omeprazole（Chongqing Lummy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.）, 20 mg each time, 2 times daily, course of treatment for 8 weeks; Gastric dynamic drugs and gastric mucosa protectors were added in both groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the treatment group was 95.8%, and the rate of endoscopic improvement was 95.8%, both of which were significantly superior to the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole is effective in treating type 2 diabetes with reflux esophagitis with fewer side effects.
