摘  要:目前传统的半干法脱硫技术,采用生石灰或熟石灰作为脱硫剂,价格昂贵且在生产中需要消耗大量能源。作者采用微粉石灰石作为脱硫剂,并在高固气比下进行了烟气脱硫行为的研究。结果表明,石灰石细度、钙硫比、烟气湿度均是影响烟气脱硫的重要参数。随着微粉石灰石细度降低、钙硫比的增加、烟气湿度的降低烟气脱硫效率均有明显的提高,效率最高可达到98%以上。能够满足各行业的烟气脱硫指标,为进一步开发相应的脱硫工艺提供了可靠理论依据。The traditional semi-dry desulfurization technology at present,Use of Calcium lime or slacked lime as a desulphurizer,It is expensive and requires a lot of energy in production. In this paper,micropowder limestone is used as a desulfurizer.The behavior of exhaust gas desulfurization under high solid gas ratio was studied.The results show that the fineness of limestone, the ratio of calcium to sulfur and the humidity of exhaust gas are important parameters affecting exhaust gas desulfurization. With the decrease of fineness of fine limestone,the increase of calcium sulfur ratio and the decrease of exhaust gas humidity, the efficiency of exhaust gas desulphurization is obviously improved,and the efficiency can reach above 98%.It can satisfy the exhaust gas desulphurization index of various industries, and provides a reliable theoretical basis for further developing the corresponding desulfurization process.
