Objective To research clinical efficacy of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery for knee joint trauma. Methods A total of 64 patients with knee joint trauma were randomly divided into research group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery, patients in the control group were treated with simple open surgery. The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. The knee joint function of the two groups were evaluated by the American hospital for special surgery (HSS) score and knee function score (Lysholm score). Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 96.9%, which was significantly higher than 81.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The excellent and good rate of knee joint function and Lysholm score in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was 12.5%, which was significantly lower than 37.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery for knee joint trauma has low postoperative complications and high therapeutic efficiency. It can effectively treat knee joint trauma without affecting the muscular structure around the joint. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
