摘 要:伴随着"互联网+"技术的进步与发展,共享经济逐步渗透到社会发展的方方面面。国内目前共有30多个专业共享汽车平台,已进驻到大小40多个城市中,共计布局10万多辆共享汽车,预测至2025年国内共享汽车规模将达到600万辆,但共享汽车快速发展的同时也导致了诸多城市空间问题,囿于城市中各治理主体间的关系松散、治理机制的传统滞后,城市空间治理陷入困境。因此,在综述国内外共享汽车城市空间治理应对的基础上,以南京为实证研究对象,采用实地调研和结构化访谈等手段,系统梳理共享汽车影响下的城市空间问题,继而从城市空间治理的视角进行溯源,并提出应对建议,从而为共享汽车时代我国城市空间的治理应对提供借鉴。Along with the progress and development of "Internet+" technology, the sharing economy has gradually penetrated into all aspects of social development. At present, a total of more than 30 professional car sharing platforms have appearedin more than 40 cities. The layout scale of sharing cars amounted to more than 100 thousand and the scale of sharing cars will reach 6 million in 2025 on the prediction. However, the rapid development of sharing cars has also led to many urban spatial problems. Due to the loose relationship among the governance body and the delay of the governance mechanism, urban spatial governance has been in dilemma. Theretbre, this study reviews the domestic and foreign researches about the urban spatial governance under the influence of sharing cars. Based on the review, this study takes Nanjing as an example, adopting the methods of field research and structured interviews to systematically summarize the spatial problems caused by sharing cars. Then, it puts forward some suggestions, which can be traced from the perspective of spatial governance, and so as to provide reference for urban spatial governance in the era of sharing cars.
