摘 要:目的:分析滨州市2010~2016全部学校突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,为提高学校相关事件的应急处置能力提供依据。方法:以滨州市2010~2016报告的学校突发公共卫生事件为研究对象,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果:滨州市2010~2016共报告学校突发公共卫生事件28起,累计发病1244例,无死亡病例。其中传染病事件27起,占96.43%。事件主要发生在县镇和农村幼儿园;3~6mo和10~12mo为事件发生的高峰期;主要病种为手足口病。事件持续时间与首例发病至信息报告时间间隔呈正相关(rs=0.467,P=0.012),事件持续时间与病例数呈正相关(rs=0.525,P=0.005)。1起运动性横纹肌溶解综合症事件调查处置提示,应科学制定训练计划,预防此类事件发生。结论:近年来滨州市学校突发公共卫生事件呈上升趋势,主要发生在托幼机构,以县镇和农村幼儿园居多,增强早发现、早报告和规范处置能力及制定科学合理训练计划可有效减少事件危害。Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of reported emergency public health events at school from 2010 to 2016, and provide a scientific basis for better disposal of school --related events. Methods: The reported emergency public health events at school in Binzhou from 2010 to 2016 were collected, and descrip- tive epidemiological analysis was conducted on data. Results: A total of 28 reported emergency public health e- vents at school in Binzhou during 2010 to 2016, of which 27 infectious disease events, accounting for 96. 43% The incident occurred in primary nurseries. The peak was from March to June and October to December for the incident. The main diseases for hand, foot and mouth disease. There was a correlation between the duration and interval from onset of the first case to report of emergency public health events(rs=0. 467 P=0. 012), the event duration was positively correlated with the number of cases(rs = 0. 525, P=O, 005 ). An investigation of Motor Rhabdomyolysis Syndrome suggested that a training plan should be developed to prevent such incidents. Conclu- sion:In recent years, school public health emergency events are high momentum, mainly in nurseries, primary county, town and rural kindergarten, Enhancing early detection, early reporting and regulatory disposal capabili- ties and developing scientific and rational training programs can effectively reduce the risk of events.
