摘　　要：在《文化与无政府状态》中,阿诺德试图以文化对抗维多利亚时期日益蔓延的无政府倾向,主张树立国家权威,强化政府干预职能,把自由限制在一定的范围内。托尔斯泰的《天国在你心中》集中论述了基督教的无政府主义,主张摒弃国家机器,在拒绝或承认真理的问题上,体现真正的自由。阿诺德与托尔斯泰对待无政府主义的态度,看似呈现了不同的面向,却为我们勾勒出相似的远景蓝图。In Culture and Anarchy, Arnold tries his best to combat with the wide spread of anarchy in Victorian period, advocating establishing the authority of the State, reinforcing the function of governmental intervention, and confining the liberty to a certain limit. In The Kingdom of God is Within You, Tolstoy focuses on Christian anarchism, advocating deserting the state machine, believing that one can get the true liberty on whether accepting the truth or not. Toward the anarchism, Arnold and Tolstoy seem to take on different directions; however, they outline similar blueprints for us all.
