牦牛胚胎发育早期部分器官组织形态学观察

摘　　要：为了研究牦牛胚胎发育早期部分器官的形态学与组织学变化,试验采集1-4月龄牦牛胚胎,制作肾脏和性腺的组织切片,用光学显微镜进行观察测量。结果表明：与1月龄后期相比,4月龄牦牛胚胎体长增加了4倍,体重达到245.60 g,心脏、肺脏重量增加比肝脏快。卵巢皮质中分布有大量原始生殖细胞,随着月龄增加,髓质中红细胞、梭状细胞增多。睾丸中先有两种不同的原始生殖腺管腔,之后逐渐分化生成生殖小管。肾脏周围被被膜包裹,2月龄牦牛胚胎被膜上有脂肪细胞,月龄较小的胚胎肾小球内红细胞较少,肾小囊较宽,4月龄牦牛胚胎肾脏皮质、髓质分界清楚,有肾乳头形成。In order to study the morphological and histological changes of some organs in the early development of yak embryos,the embryos of 1 to 4 months old yak were collected,and the tissue sections of kidneys and gonads were made,then is was observed and measured by optical microscope. The results showed that compared with the later stage of 1 month old,the embryo length of 4-month-old yak increased by 4 times,and the body weight reached 245. 60 g,respectively.The weight of the heart and lungs increased faster than that of the liver.A large number of primordial germ cells were distributed in the ovarian cortex. With the increase of age,red blood cells and spindle cells in the medulla increased.There were two different types of primary gonadal lumens in the testis,and then the reproductive tubules were gradually differentiated into reproductive tubules.The kidney was surrounded by a capsule. There were adipocytes on the capsule of 2-month-old yak embryo. There were fewer red blood cells in glomeruli and wider renal sac in the glomeruli of the younger embryos. The renal cortex and medulla of the 4-month-old yak embryos were clearly demarcated and renal papilla was formed.
