摘  要:为了探讨亚低温对大鼠肝细胞能量代谢的影响,试验将大鼠肝细胞系分成3组,分别进行32℃冷刺激0 h、4 h、8 h,应用ELISA法检测细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性和丙酮酸(PA)含量。结果表明:32℃冷刺激时,0小时、4小时和8小时的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性没有统计学差异,8 h组乳酸脱氢酶活性显著高于0 h组和4 h组(P〈0.05),4 h组和8 h组丙酮酸含量和苹果酸脱氢酶活性显著低于0 h组(P〈0.05)。说明对大鼠肝细胞进行亚低温刺激会导致大鼠肝细胞的糖酵解反应加快,而糖有氧氧化被抑制。To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on the energy metabolism in rat liver cell lines,three time points( 0 h,4 h and 8 h)were selectedto stimulate therat liver cell linesat 32 ℃. And then the activity of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),succinate dehydrogenase( SDH),malate dehydrogenase( MDH) and the content of pyruvate( PA) at three time points were measuredby the method of ELISA. Results showed that the content of SDH in 0 h,4 h and 8 h had no statistically significance,and the activity of LDH in 8 h group was significantly higher than that in group 0 h and group 4 h( P〈0. 05). The content of PA and the activitiy of MDH in 4 h group and 8 h group were significantly lower than those in 0 h group( P〈0. 05). The results indicated that mild hypothermia stimulation can accelerate the speed of glycolysis in rat hepatocytes and inhibit the level of glucose aerobic oxidation.
