摘　　要：The whole year＇s work depends on a good startin spring. On 9 to 10 April 2018, the historic cityXi＇an witnessed the staging of the First People＇sForum of Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO）. The forum was jointly staged by ChinaNGO Network for International Exchanges andthe People＇s Government of Shaanxi Province,in an aim to contribute people＇s wisdom to theShanghai Cooperation Organization QingdaoSummit which will be held in June 2018 bycollecting people＇s wits, reflecting people＇swishes, building consensus among the people.
