克拉霉素联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿胃炎患儿应用克拉霉素与替硝唑联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择医院收治的小儿胃炎患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用阿莫西林联用甲硝唑方案治疗,观察组采用克拉霉素联用替硝唑方案治疗。观察比较2组幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)治疗后成功清除率、临床总有效率、治疗前后生活质量评分及纳差、腹胀等不良反应发生率。结果观察组Hp清除率为95. 0%,高于对照组的80. 0%(P <0. 05);观察组总有效率为97. 5%,高于对照组的72. 5%(P <0. 01);治疗后,2组生活质量评分较治疗前均升高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P均<0. 01);观察组不良反应发生率为2. 5%,低于对照组的15. 0%(P <0. 05)。结论小儿胃炎患儿应用克拉霉素与替硝唑联合方案治疗,可显著提高Hp成功清除率,增强临床治疗效果,改善生活质量,且具较高安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with tinidazole in the treatment of pediatric gastritis. Methods 80 children with gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amoxicillin combined with metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with clarithromycin combined with tinidazole. The clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori,total effective rate of treatment,quality of life score before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clearance rate of HP in observation group was 95. 0%,which was higher than 80. 0% in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate in observation group was 97. 5%,which was higher than 72. 5% in control group（ P 0. 01）. After treatment,the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the increase rate in observation group was higher than that in control group（ P〈 0. 01）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2. 5%,which was lower than 15. 0% in the control group. Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with tinidazole in the treatment of pediatric gastritis can significantly improve the clearance rate of Hp,improve the treatment effect,improve the quality of life of children,and the safety is high.
