摘 要:目前油田环保形势严峻,特别是油水井作业起管柱过程中管内液体会不断溢出,同时在拆卸油管丝扣时,管内液柱瞬间泄流,迸溅在井口及井场周围,对作业工人及周围环境造成污染。针对上述问题,提出作业井口液体防飞溅技术,研究工作从井底、井口、地面三个方面同时开始,形成系列化防飞溅技术思路,设计了水井防喷工具及地面液体防飞溅工具的结构,通过现场试验和室内实验进行了适应性分析,并在试验过程中不断改进。结果表明,水井防喷球座在一次及二次作业时可以有效控制油管内溢流,降低地层压力损失,减少作业井躺井时间,减少罐车接液量;井口的液体防飞溅工具与油水井的井下防喷工具和集液平台配套使用,能够形成多道屏障,从根本上解决油水井作业过程中油管内的液体飞溅问题,实现了作业过程中井内液体的可控排放,解决了井场周围的环保问题。The environmental protection is now urgent in the oil field. The liquid in the pipe will continuously overflow during the string tripping out of the oil and water wells.At the same time,when the tubing thread is dismantled,the liquid column in the pipe discharges instantaneously and splashes around the wellhead and the well site,which will harm to the workman and pollute the surrounding area.To solve the above problems,anti-splashing technique for the liquid at working wellhead was proposed.A series of anti-splashing technique was researched involved in bottomhole,wellhead and ground.Blowout prevention tool for the injection wells and ground anti-splashing tool were designed.The feasibility of the structure of the tools was analyzed through field tests and laboratory experiments,and they were continuously improved during the tests.The results show that the anti-spraying ball seat for the injection wells can effectively control the overflow in the tubing during primary and secondary operations,reduce the formation pressure loss,shorten failing time of the production wells and reduce the amount of liquid in the tanker.The combined application of the liquid anti-splashing tools at the wellhead,downhole blowout prevention tools and liquid collection platforms for the oil and water wells forms multiple barriers and fundamentally solve the splashing from the tubing during the oil and water well operations.The release of the fluid in the wells may be controlled during the operation,and the environment around the well site will be fine.
