摘  要:目的:观察宁肠汤对肠易激综合征模型大鼠结肠黏膜炎性细胞因子IL-1β表达的影响,探讨宁肠汤的作用机制。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照,模型对照,得舒特和宁肠汤低、中、高浓度组,建立束缚应激致肠易激综合征模型,分组给药14 d,并免疫组化法检测大鼠结肠黏膜IL-1β表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠结肠黏膜IL-1β表达明显升高(P<0.01);各给药组大鼠结肠黏膜IL-1β表达明显降低(P<0.01);高浓度宁肠汤组相对低浓度宁肠汤组IL-1β表达量降低显著(P<0.05)。结论:宁肠汤可能通过降低IBS大鼠结肠黏膜炎性因子IL-1β表达而调节胃肠功能,治疗肠易激综合征。Objective: To explore the mechanism of Changnbing Tang on irritable bowel syndrome( IBS) by observing its effect on IL-1βexpression in colic mucosa of IBS rats. Methods: 60 male SD rats were divided into normal,model,Pinaverium Bromide and Ningchang Tang low,midddle,high dose groups,IBS models were induced by tail-clamping on the basis of modified Williams method,each group was given the corresponding medicine or saline for 14 days. IL-1 βexpression in colic mucosa was determined by immunohistochemistry method. Results: Compare with normal group,the IL-1βexpression in colic mucosa of model group was raised significantly( P〈0. 01); the IL-1βexpression in colic mucosa was lowered in each medicine group( P〈0. 01),the effect of high dose group was more significant than that of low dose group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Ningchang Tang can regulate intestinal function of IBS rats by decreasing IL-1βexpression in colic mucosa.
