我国地方普通高等学校生均经费不均衡性研究

摘　　要：当前,地方普通高等学校构成我国高等教育的主体,但各省的地方普通高等学校财政性投资差异明显。用生均预算内经费指标衡量我国31个省市区地方高等教育财政的不均衡性,并通过对地方普通高等学校生均预算内教育经费平均支出差异程度、东中西部地方普通高等学校生均预算内教育经费平均支出差异程度、政府财政支持力度三个方面进行比较,对各省市区地方普通高等学校生均预算内经费不均衡的现状有更清晰的认识,提出促进地方普通高等学校教育和谐发展的对策建议。Currently,local colleges and universities are the body of higher education,however,local universities and colleges have significant differences in financial investment.With per student budgetexpenditure, this？paper will make a thorough study on the disequilibrium of local higher education financial investment.？Then the article analyzes the factors which can affect the disequilibrium of local higher education financial investment,？which mainly includes degree of local government effort,level of local economic development,the scale of the local higher educa- tion,？the level of support for central government to local higher education.？Make reference of the harmonious and sustainable of local higher education.
